TEA was founded in 2018 to address the problems of solid waste management.  More than 90% of collected solid waste globally ends up in landfills.  Many landfills are poorly designed and managed, and unsafe to the communities they serve and that live around them.  There are better solutions to keep solid waste out of landfills. 

TEA specializes in designing solid waste solutions that are flexible and adapt as communities and their solid waste needs change. Founded by professionals with decades of experience in international development work and sustainability, TEA brings strength, intellect and technical expertise to each engagement.
